Limited Warranty
Recovery Solutions, Inc. Warrants: To The Original Purchaser
That each new Recovery Solutions, Inc. product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24)
months from the original purchase date.
The first twelve (12) months will be covered at 100%
for Recovery Solutions parts, and labor, and the second twelve months at 50%
for Recovery Solutions parts only. The warranty will only be valid if all of the requirements listed in this document completed.
Warranty Registration
has been completed and returned to Recovery Solutions, Inc. within
30 bussiness
days of original delivery date.
Recovery Solutions, Inc. is to be notified promptly in writing, about the defect before any means of repair have been made.
Recovery Solutions, Inc. will repair or replace any materials or workmanship proven to be defective, at an
AUTHORIZED repair facility.
All warranty claims must be approved by Recovery Solutions, Inc. before any repair work may be done.
Recovery Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to use new or remanufactured parts as replacements for those proven defective.
This warranty is nontransferable, and does not obligate Recovery
Solutions, Inc. to bear the cost of transportation charges, claimed down time, loss of profit or goodwill, or any other special, incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages, concerning or related to
any product or part, whether based upon negligence, strict liability, breech of contract, breech of warranty, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
Recovery Solutions, Inc. makes no
warranty, expressed, or implied as to finished products manufactured or supplied by other manufacturers, and supplied from Recovery Solutions, Inc. to the purchaser.
Including but not limited to, any vehicle to which our product is affixed to, any accessories, or wire rope. Recovery Solutions, Inc. expressly disclaims any implied or expressed warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to such equipment or products.
This language shall in no way affect or diminish the right of the purchaser to rely on such warranties that are extended by such manufacturers or suppliers.
Recovery Solutions, inc. shall to the extent permitted under
Applicable law, pass onto the purchaser such manufacturers, or suppliers warranties.
Recovery Solutions, Inc.’s warranty is not intended
to cover, or include the following items, which are set forth by way of example and not limitation.
Normal Maintenance parts, including but not limited to, wear pads, bushings, wire rope, mud flaps, fender flares, light bulbs, and oil
filters.
Alterations
or modifications that effect
performance, operation or liability.
Any change, or defect due to accident, misuse, improper, or unauthorized repair. Failure to provide
maintenance such as lubrication of ALL
pivot points, or uses for which the equipment was not designed or intended.
Normal deterioration of trim, paint, or appearance, due to weather, or road conditions.
Recovery Solutions, Inc. makes no warranty implied or expressed, that their products shall be fit for the purpose of lifting or moving
people, or any other improper use.
